So this week I've only lost 1/2 a lb. Sad, but any week that I don't gain is a good week in my book! I know my problems this week and I am going to work hard to correct them for next week. My problems were- I didn't track, I cheated, I was stressed (hubby left on Saturday for a whole month of pre-deployment training, and I was visited by AF. That's a lot of problems for one week! My goal is to lose 10 lbs while DH is away for his training, so bring it on! Oh and I'm back to my pre-babies weight.... you heard me right, I'm back to my pre BABIES weight. Now if I could only lose 60 more lbs and get back to my pre HUSBAND weight I'd be really happy!
Oh- and I've lost 5% of my total body weight since I started weight watchers. Go me!
Here's hoping for more self control for week 6!! I've already started off on a good note- I've found a new diet & work out buddy... We've gone for two walks this weekend since the weather was sunny- cold, but sunny! Yesterday we walked up and had lunch at Subway- btw I only ate a 6 inch!!, and then today we walked to the play ground and let the babies play for about a half hour! I'm hoping that the weather is good tomorrow cuz we will go up to get the mail from the post office and who knows what else.
